1 Minute Belt Squat Challenge
We’ve been having our clients finish their workouts with the one minute belt squat challenge. Your legs will hate you but you’ll love the results.
Start with roughly your bodyweight in plates on the belt squat and set the clock for 60 seconds. The goal is to complete as many reps as you can within this time frame.
On average, most people hit between 25-35 reps. The record is just under 60!
