Hoy queremos compartir con vosotras/os una técnica de respiración yóguica para ayudaros en esos momentos en los que sentís que el mundo se os viene encima y que la cabeza os va a mil por hora 💭 Cuidar de nuestra piel está muy bien, pero prestar atención a lo que nos pasa y cuidarnos por dentro es esencial. ⠀ Desliza hacia la izquierda, cierra los ojos y respira. ⠀ Respiración de la luna 🌙 Esta técnica nos ayuda a equilibrar ambos hemisferios cerebrales y encontrar relajación cuando se da una aceleración del pensamiento, pensamientos repetitivos, circulares, de forma invasiva. ⠀ ✨Cómo practicarla ✨ Con la mano izquierda, cerrando los dedos índice, anular y corazón y dejando libres los dedos meñique y pulgar, tapar la fosa nasal derecha con el dedo meñique e inhalar lentamente por la fosa nasal izquierda, sostener 1 segundo el aire y liberando la fosa nasal derecha, tapar la fosa nasal izquierda con el dedo pulgar expulsando el aire por la fosa nasal derecha. ⠀ Repítelo cuantas veces te haga falta.

This is me last summer ,able to enjoy life just how I love it the most - in the arms of nature listening to the winds,and the birds 🦅 🦢 🐦meetings.I know we are going through tough times no one ever expected BUT when did we EVER give up ? Did we give up when we had the greatest recession ever ? Did we give up when we had the 9/11 tragedy ? Did we give up when going through unexpected storms and hurricanes ? Did our ancestors ever give up when they had no other choice than to fight with their lives to protect their home land ? WHEN DID WE EVER GIVE UP ? NEVER. WE NEVER DID AND NEVER WILL ! The willingness to live and enjoy life is greater than whatever hardships are coming at us unexpectedly. Try to also remember that good things are happening too not just bad things .Have you ever seen a more united world than NOW ? There is always but always a reason of why all this is happening . We will all come out of this completely transformed. You’ll appreciate a lot more that you are able to go to your coffee shop and have that matcha tea you’ve been craving for so long but didn’t had the freedom to do so . Also ,simply attending your favorite workout class   @kristie  _fitness ( well, you can still enjoy working out from home with her through ZOOM ,just PM her your email and you’ll get hooked ASAP 😍) will bring you a lot more joy than ever before . On a second note 📝👇🏻🙏🏻❤️ May you cherish every day ,every moment ,every breath and inhale all the goodness nature has for you . Every time I feel I’m out of balance reconnecting with the nature is my greatest blessing ,my best healing method and rebalancing tool. Since we are still allowed to enjoy a long walk but keeping the six feet distance ,take advantage and walk ,spend some time at the park but with great CAUTION,of course . Just a one hour walk will reset your mind and help you continue staying positive throughout these incredible times . Just wanted to share a little breathing exercise.💨 Nadi Sodhana. Position right palm in Vishnu Mudra, place thumb on right nostril and ring finger on left nostril. This breathing technique has two parts. A:Inhale through left nostril press thumb on the right nostril. Retain the breath press the ring finger on the left nostril. Exhale through the right nostril ring finger remains press on the left nostril and release right thumb. B: Then inhale through right nostril return the breath, pressed right thumb on right nostril exhale through the left nostril. Ratio :4-4-8 Always begin inhale with left nostril and exhale with left nostril. Breathing in two directions left to right and right to left.
