This is a quick + simple 8-minute at-home booty workout, but you can definitely repeat as many cycles as necessary or desired. Do this every day and I PROMISE you will see some growth 🙌🏼 Remember nutrition also plays a huge role in your growth! These home workouts are keeping me afloat without the gym! Holding onto whatever gains I can!
One minute of each exercise, no rest in between. Rest after the eight minutes are up!
1️⃣ Modified Squat Jumps (apartment friendly)
2️⃣ Seated Squats
3️⃣ Crossover Kickbacks (1 minute each side)
4️⃣ Fire Hydrants (1 minute each side)
5️⃣ Banded Leg Lifts (1 minute each side)
Bands, ankle weights, any other equipment is optional!
