During this time of uncertainty and change it is important to pay ourselves deep attention, to be more connected to the ebb and flow of our physical and emotional changes - which are perhaps even more fluctuating at this time.
My intention for these sessions, through the use of easy breathing techniques, movement and mindfulness/meditation, is to provide a space and time to listen and connect to ourselves, to find more stability, to find more physical and emotional strength and to regulate our nervous system (de-stress)
General classes for everyone
Tuesdays - 10-11.30 am & 6-7.30 pm
Thursdays - 7.30 - 9 pm
Yoga for teens
Fridays - 5.30 - 6.30 pm
Free Family yoga for all ages
Chair yoga for the less mobile

I become more and more inspired by the profound benefits of the practices I hope to share with you, as science is continuing to reveal how it works and the importance of deep inner awareness using breath and mind body practices that I will share in these sessions. - these practices create profound healing responses in our nervous system, simultaneously reducing inflammation in our bodies whilst strengthening our immune system.
I feel this is a valuable time to begin to connect through yoga - breath body mind practices.
I look forward to sharing with you and exploring this new way of connecting.
