Made some long fermented sourdough so naturally it serves as a mean avocado 🥑 toast! 😋
Homemade guacamole, roasted salsa and hard boiled eggs🥚( free-range of course😉) Sourdough is one of my favs since I know what goes into it and I can ferment it long enough so that it’s easier on the digestive system. A happy gut environment has a WHOLE LOT to do with our mood and mindset.
Helpful and harmful bacteria 🦠 must maintain a healthy balance.
